Denise Harrington, founder and CEO of Harrington & Associates, is a communications consultant and trainer with over twenty years of professional experience.  She is an accomplished public speaker, communications and executive coach. Denise uses her skills to inspire self-confidence in clients through personal example and proven communications techniques. She specializes in transformation through communications, thereby helping clients and organizations tell their story with impact.

Denise started her company 1990 by giving a stirring public speech to an audience of business professionals on the “Power of Presenting with Impact.” From that one lecture, Harrington & Associates was established and it has grown to an impressive local and global client base.  Her company conducts training and coaching sessions for thousands of executives, business owners and athletes in the art of speaking and presenting with confidence, clarity and impact.   Denise authored the terms “Speaking With Impact” and “Signature Style” as key communication objective for her programs.

Denise serves on numerous boards of several community-based organizations including The Classroom Law Project and YWCA. She hails from Washington, DC where she attended the University of the District of Columbia majoring in music and voice. She continues to augment her education for business practices, communication, leadership development and intuitive communications. She is a graduate of the Tuck School of Executive Management at Dartmouth College in New Hapmshire.
